Ceesau is a philosophy conceived in 1991with a drawing I created representing balance and equality in the world. The drawing of two children of different ethnicities gazing across from each other on an unusually balanced see-saw.

Growing up in a mixed class neighborhood, prejudice was minimal. There was a great integration of nationalities in my neighborhood and I was always fascinated by the world outside of us making immediate judgments and the narrow way in which people form their opinions. Some people don't seem to give due time before concluding what it is they think or see... life, art, music, the ocean, but most importantly the people walking around us. We realize the differences but we are still all the same. Ceesau as a concept is the bridge between all things that truly never needed one!

Over the years Ceesau has been the title for many things. A production company, clothing line, charity and now...the band.

ERA OF THE EXPOSED is some of the writing I've pulled together from over the years with Mikey drums and various friends adding to the mix and solidifying it. After a few months in the basement this is what we came up with. ERA OF THE EXPOSED celebrates life, love, pain, anger, and joy. We hope you enjoy it!
